If you have not been to the studio before, here is how a first appointment usually goes.
Booking
Everything is booked online, which shows you live availability and holds the slot immediately. If you are unsure which treatment you need, pick the closest match and we will adjust when you arrive.
Finding us
We are at 39 Skokie Blvd in Northbrook, Illinois. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday until 7:30 PM, Saturday until 6:30 PM and Sunday until 5:00 PM. We are closed Mondays.
Timings
A classic manicure takes about 30 minutes and a no-chip closer to an hour. Pedicures run from 30 minutes for a classic up to an hour for the Signature Unicorn. Nail art is charged separately and needs at least an extra half hour, so mention it when you book rather than on the day.
Hygiene
Tools are sterilised between every client and single use items are exactly that. If you would like to see how something has been prepared, just ask. It is a fair question and we would rather you did.
Before you arrive
Come with bare nails if you can. If you are wearing gel, dip or acrylic from elsewhere, book a removal alongside your treatment so there is time in the chair to take it off properly.
