The unglamorous part is the part that matters.

Anyone can put colour on a nail. What decides whether it still looks good in week three is everything that happens before the brush comes out.

Tools are sterilised between every client. Single use items are genuinely single use. If you want to see how something was prepared, ask. It is a fair question.

Time is booked to the treatment, not the clock. A no-chip set gets a full hour because prep and capping the edge is what stops it lifting on day four.

We will tell you when something is a bad idea. If your nails need a break from extensions, you will hear that rather than be sold another full set.
